SHIPPING POLICY

Our artwork is made to order.  Successfully paid orders received by 12pm EST are processed and then shipped within the Production time listed below and the next business day if received after 12pm EST. 

Any delays in processing payment, including a denied card authorization, will result in a delay in processing your order for production.

All orders in the contiguous US ship FREE.

*Please note that while most orders will arrive by the time shown in the checkout, our carriers continue to experience intermittent delays due to high e-commerce volumes and your order may be impacted. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order quickly and safely.

Our team is working to make sure that the products you love are available when you want them & delivered in the safest way possible.

Across our facilities, we have increased our daily cleaning routines, including more frequent hand-washing, use of sanitizer, and cleaning of equipment. Our customer service team is available to answer any questions about your experience and provide more information on the many precautions we’re taking to protect your health and safety.

Due to high demand and the extra safety measures we are taking to ship your artwork our shipping promises will show longer than you normally expect. We consider our fulfillment teams to be business-critical, and they continue to work tirelessly to make sure your order arrives on schedule; however, we ask that you are understanding if your order is slightly delayed.

While this challenging time is uncertain, our team is ready to support our community of customers and hope that our wall art can be a source of joy and inspiration at this time for you.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders of $400 or more within the domestic United States. If you're extra eager for your Oliver Gal order, we have Expedited 2-day Shipping and Overnight shipping options available. Please contact us for more information. Please note, this will not shorten the production time of your order.

 

BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Our warehouse is closed during the below holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on international orders.

Simply select your ‘Ship To’ country at time of checkout to see your options.

We are continuously working to offer you low shipping rates. For artwork up to and around 26x32 inches - You will be able to review your International shipping cost during checkout before placing your order.

We will contact you with a shipping cost before finalizing and shipping your order.

Our standard international shipping provided to you at checkout may include additional duties and taxes that will be due to the carrier before or at time of delivery. This is dependent upon your countries customs process.

We are happy to offer additional options which may include prepaid duties and taxes. For these rates or any additional shipping requests, including advance quotes, please contact us any time.

 

HAWAII & ALASKA

Hawaii and Alaska are exempt from free shipping promotions. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority), 2- Day and 1-Day shipping services.

 

P.O. BOX, MILITARY ADDRESSES

Shipping to PO boxes is available for a custom fee. Shipping to PO boxes is only available via USPS and we will always do our best to get you the lowest shipping rates possible. Please contact us with your information to get a custom shipping quote. The USPS delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. Box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address. We can also ship to an APO address through USPS.

 

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address.

 

MULTIPLE PRODUCTION TIMES

In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, backorder, or has a long production time, we may hold the rest of your items. As soon as we have all the products in your order, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

Average transit times are based on orders shipping to addresses in the Continental United States

 

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

In case of shipping damages or errors, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately with photos of the area of concern.Our Customer Service team will be in touch with a resolution within 1-2 business days.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.
