The item was unique and of good quality. Also, the customer service was outstanding! I wanted to give this as a birthday gift but knew it was not likely to arrive on time as there was a short time window and it was a custom order. Lucas from customer service reached out to me with a phone call (so unusual to be able to speak to a human!) . He was so helpful and answered all my questions.
